Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking staff to thoroughly examine and grade donated goods for resale in our retail stores. This fast-paced role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow training playbooks, and strong teamwork to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong communication in English and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to operate or learn forklift (18+).
• Strong organizational skills and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Examine and grade donated goods.
• Process goods to meet daily production goals.
• Support multiple work areas to meet production goals.
• Identify and solve problems; seek management when needed.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow safety practices.
• Complete trainings and meetings as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
