Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three years of Retail, Warehouse, or Logistics management experience.
• A Valid MO or IL state driver’s license and insurance are required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills include customer service, conflict resolution, and teamwork.
• Leadership skills include quality decision-making, goal-setting, and problem-solving, with the ability to motivate and lead employees and hold them accountable.
• Comfortable with workplace technology like registers, scheduling, and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations, resources, and budgets to meet or exceed goals.
• Model core values to promote safety, ethics, and quality within the store.
• Supervise and train staff to perform essential functions.
• Provide superior customer service to ensure donor/shopper/staff retention.
• Coach employees on performance, including discipline up to termination.
• Assign daily duties to achieve daily tasks and identify candidates for advancement.
• Safeguard company property and report any theft or misconduct.
• Read, follow, and enforce agency policies and values.
• Ensure appropriate staffing and payroll audits/approvals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and reduce waste.
• Maintain professional appearance per dress code.
• Complete Leadership Development Cohort Program.
• Other duties as assigned.
