Trulieve in Florida seeks a General Manager to lead store personnel, oversee inventory, and achieve key performance metrics while ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, four years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service areas.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Must possess the ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state regulations.
• Review and ensure compliance with all SOPs and communicate changes to employees.
• Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs.
• Provide coaching, training, and development to the team to meet objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations.
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners.
• Schedule effectively within labor budget.
