Job summary

Twice Daily is seeking a General Manager to lead the day-to-day store and financial operations of a multi-million dollar business. You will work with the management team to ensure guest satisfaction, drive sales, and uphold company standards.

The role requires open availability, training, and leadership across departments; you will recruit, coach, and mentor staff, manage inventory, and report performance metrics to the District Manager.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• 3+ years' recent experience in retail, restaurant/foodservice, or hospitality
• 3+ years' recent experience directly supervising staff
• OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work at any location within a 30-mile radius of your home.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises and bears responsibility for all aspects of store operations for multiple shifts.
• Ensures "best in class" service is extended to all guests.
• Leads in delivering programs to maximize the guest experience.
• Educates guests about the Twice Daily offer.
• Provides leadership and direction to the assistant management team.
• Acts as a role model for all elements of the company Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
• Creates the environment necessary to support the store culture.
• Attracts, recruits, interviews, and hires staff aligned with the Twice Daily culture and values.
• Trains, retains, motivates, and leads a capable store team.
• Is knowledgeable about Twice Daily products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Works opposite hours to the Assistant Manager.
• Provides ongoing feedback and operational metrics/data to the District Manager.
• Maintains staffing levels to meet Twice Daily standards of business readiness.
• Communicates effectively with Retail Leadership, HR, Marketing, Accounting, IT, Maintenance, and Legal teams.
• Ensures inventory levels, freshness, and product rotation standards are maintained.
• Maintains Twice Daily interior and exterior image standards.
• Ensures all required health and safety policies are met.
