Victra-Verizon Authorized Retailer in Mobile, AL is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-performing retail team. You will coach staff, own budget and forecast, and drive strong sales results while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.

You will mentor the Assistant General Manager, ensure targets are met, and coordinate with district leadership on best practices and store initiatives. This is a dynamic, customer-focused leadership role in a fast-paced wireless environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
• 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Hire, interview, and develop store talent.
• Lead and mentor your sales team to exceed targets.
• Own store performance including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Drive traffic and implement promotions to maximize sales.
• Set the standard for guest experience with Every Guest, Every Time.
• Review daily metrics and adjust tactics to hit targets.
• Communicate company objectives to the team and peers.
