Job summary

Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a General Manager in Mobile, AL. You will steer guest experience, coach your team, and drive high-performance results while running the store as a business — budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on what works.

You will mentor your Assistant GM and lead weekly sales leadership calls to deliver Every Guest, Every Time. You will own hiring, develop talent, and ensure the team delivers top service, meets monthly targets, and maintains operational

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a retail sales environment with 2+ years in leadership/supervisory roles.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Balanced multiple priorities in a multifaceted environment.
• Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team.
• Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own hiring and onboarding for the store, interview and bring in top talent.
• Build, develop and mentor your sales team; coach to follow our sales process.
• Own store metrics and drive performance through budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, labor, marketing and loss prevention.
• Review key sales and operational metrics daily and adjust proactively.
• Engage in strategy development to showcase products and services in-store.
• Lead as a brand advocate and clearly communicate company priorities to the team.
