Victra is the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States. As a General Manager, you shape our guest experience by coaching your team to deliver Every Guest Every Time, exceed sales targets, and maintain operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

You will mentor your Assistant General Manager, complete training programs, and lead the store to achieve high performance while motivating staff to deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
• 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Balanced priorities in a multifaceted environment.
• Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and mentor your sales team.
• Lead teams to follow the sales process with Every Guest Every Time.
• Attract and retain top-caliber employees.
• Own store success and staff needs, scheduling, and labor controls.
• Communicate objectives and follow up with team members.
• Stay up to date with promotions and ensure complete solutions for guests.
