Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
• 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Own store success, including staffing, scheduling, and labor controls.
