You lead the store to achieve sales targets while maintaining operational excellence, while mentoring your Assistant G.M.

and participating in weekly leadership calls. You will develop your team, guide sales strategy, and ensure training on time.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
• 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
• Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and mentor your sales team.
• Coach and follow the sales process with Every Guest Every Time.
• Attract and retain top caliber employees.
• Serve as brand advocate for Victra.
• Provide ongoing sales training to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
• Develop and implement sales tools and initiatives.
• Own store success and manage staffing, scheduling, and labor controls.
• Take ownership of guest escalations and resolutions.
• Communicate company objectives and priorities to the team.
