Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail sales experience with 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and mentor your sales team.
• Coach and follow the sales process to ensure Every Guest Every Time.
• Attract and retain top-caliber employees and brand advocates for Victra.
• Oversee store operations including budgeting, forecasting, and sales reporting.
