Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
• 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and mentor your sales team.
• Coach and direct the sales process with Every Guest Every Time.
• Attract and retain top-caliber employees.
• Act as brand advocate for Victra and drive sales initiatives.
• Manage store operations including budgeting, forecasting, and sales reporting.
