Victra is the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States. As a General Manager, you shape our guest experience by coaching your team to deliver Every Guest Every Time.

You will exceed sales targets while maintaining operational excellence, develop your Assistant General Manager, and lead store operations in a fast-paced environment. You will mentor, recruit, and train staff, drive strategy, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in a retail sales environment with 2 years in a leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and mentor your sales team.
• Coach and follow Victra's sales process with Every Guest Every Time.
• Attract and retain top-caliber employees.
• Provide ongoing sales training and support to exceed objectives.
• Engage in sales strategy to showcase products and services store-wide.
• Oversee store operations, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Own store success, staffing, scheduling, and labor controls.
• Handle guest escalations with timely resolutions.
