The role requires hands‑on coaching, strong leadership, and a focus on results. This is a full‑time position with weekend work as part of the schedule, offering opportunities for advancement within the CCFFamily of Brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years’ supervisory/leadership experience in retail or related fields.
• Proficiency with phones, POS, and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required.
• Must be at least 18 (19 in Alabama) and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage store performance to meet/exceed standards.
• Coach and develop team to grow business and revenue.
• Lead local marketing and partnerships to drive growth.
• Oversee loan/pawn transactions and risk within limits.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and audits.
• Maintain cash handling, security, and loss prevention.
• Schedule staff and ensure optimal coverage.
• Handle difficult customer situations with professionalism.
• Oversee store appearance and planogram, marketing materials.
• Maintain regular attendance, including weekends.
