You will create unforgettable customer experiences, manage the sales floor, and foster lasting customer relationships while ensuring stock, merchandising, and visual standards meet Vuori's high standards.

Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable customer experience.
• Takes ownership of the sales floor to prioritize customer experience.
• Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and offer feedback on merchandise.
• Follow up with customers about purchases and events.
• Know what's new and popular and share with customers and team.
• Lead the team to achieve sales goals in a commission environment.
• Communicate inventory needs to support the business goals.
• Manage shipments and store inventory with Regional Manager.
