Job summary

Vuori, Inc is seeking a Retail General Manager to lead the store team in Lone Tree, CO, delivering an unforgettable customer experience and representing Vuori’s brand values through product knowledge and optimism.

You will own the sales floor, train staff, and maintain inventory and visual standards while pushing toward sales goals in a team-driven environment. Base pay and commissions reflect performance and location.

Qualifications

• Available mornings and/or evenings; 8 hour shifts; 5 days/week; at least 1 weekend day
• Demonstrates strong leadership and punctuality in daily operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service expert; creates positive experiences and builds relationships
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment

Responsibilities

• Works with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best experience possible.
• Takes ownership of the sales floor and team to keep customer experience as the top priority.
• Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide honest, knowledgeable feedback on merchandise style and fit.
• Forge lasting relationships by following up on purchases, new products, and events.
• Be knowledgeable on what's new and best sellers, sharing with customers and team.
• Motivate the sales team to achieve goals in a team-based commission environment.
• Lead projects and maintain focus on customer experience.
• Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
• Oversee shipments, inventory, and daily store maintenance.
