Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Bachelor’s in business or operations management or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of managerial experience in retail with a customer-centric approach.
• PharmaCann management/dispensary experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to drive sales and analyze selling reports.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed goals related to total store sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Forecast and adjust payroll to maximize productivity and meet sales goals.
• Build a team that embodies the PharmaCann brand with exceptional service and loyalty.
• Review and interpret financial and operational reporting, audits and store visits.
• Identify underperforming metrics and develop improvement strategies.
