Banana Republic is seeking a General Manager in Golden, CO to lead a store team and deliver a profitable business plan. You will oversee Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations and talent development to translate brand vision into retail reality.

You will coach staff toward a best-in-class customer experience, manage budgets, forecast demand, and ensure compliance while driving sales growth and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail experience leading others.
• Strong communication with customers and employees.
• Demonstrated business acumen and planning skills.
• Excellent time management and prioritization.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities
