Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a General Manager to lead a store team to deliver profitable sales and meet key metrics. You will drive customer experience, merchandising execution, and talent development while managing forecasts, budgets, and operations.

You will coach staff, ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, and foster an inclusive environment. Travel, flexibility, and a focus on community engagement are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of retail experience with people leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results and meet goals.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage schedules, forecasts, and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to achieve profitable sales and key metrics.
• Oversee Customer Operations, Merchandising, and People Development.
• Forecast, schedule and manage store budget to support P&L.
• Coach and develop team, build capability, ensure SOPs are followed.
• Create an inclusive environment and drive a best-in-class customer experience.
• Promote brand standards and community involvement.
