Job summary

You will coach and develop staff, implement SOPs, manage budgets, and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience leading others.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results.
• Ability to communicate with customers and employees.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze store performance and collaborate with leadership to drive KPIs.
• Forecast and schedule to drive profitable sales.
• Manage store budget to support the P&L.
• Build and develop a high-performing team.
• Coach staff to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
• Lead SOPs and initiatives and promote an inclusive environment.
