You will mentor your Assistant General Manager, lead weekly leadership calls, and own store performance through staffing, training, and process execution.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
• 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays and peak shopping periods.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and mentor your sales team.
• Lead store operations to meet monthly metrics.
• Coach team on the sales process to deliver Every Guest Every Time.
• Own store staffing, scheduling, and labor controls.
• Manage guest escalations and provide timely resolutions.
• Communicate company objectives to staff and follow up.
