Job summary

Victra is the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States. As General Manager, you shape guest experience by coaching your team to deliver Every Guest Every Time.

You will manage store performance, mentor your Assistant General Manager, and participate in NHU/SMU trainings, while driving sales and operational excellence. You will lead with accountability for all store functions, budgeting, staffing, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment
• 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals
• Balanced multiple priorities in a multifaceted environment
• Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge

Responsibilities

• Building, developing, and mentoring your sales team.
• Working through teams to teach, coach and follow our sales process with Every Guest Every Time.
• Own store success and take ownership for store employees’ work-related needs, store leadership, staffing and scheduling.
• Engaging in sales strategy development to ensure our products and services are effectively showcased throughout the store.
• Attracting and retaining top caliber employees.
• Engaging in business operations including budgeting, forecasting, analyzing and providing sales reports.
