Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent a plus.
• Retail management or similar industry experience in a high-volume, high-profile environment.
• Strong communication with customers and staff.
• Ability to move around sales floor and handle lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
• Proven ability to build positive relationships with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic planning and execution of store initiatives.

• Shape client development strategy and lead community outreach.

• Uphold company policies and procedures.
• Provide feedback to cross-functional partners on trends and opportunities.
• Ensure sales floor and store standards exceed expectations.
