Responsibilities

• Supervises Assistant Store Manager, HR Manager, Loss Prevention Manager and Promotions Manager
• Opens and closes the store
• Interviews and selects staff, coordinates training, and conducts new-hire orientation
• Prepares and approves performance appraisals; manages schedules and raises
• Maintains merchandising directives and executes marketing/advertising strategies
• Meets or exceeds financial plans and manages cash/asset controls
• Provides legendary customer service and resolves issues
• Ensures a safe, clean, and organized shopping environment
