Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring at TJ Maxx Store 0167 in Strongsville, OH to lead front‑of‑store operations and deliver an outstanding shopper experience.

You will supervise Associates, manage POS coverage, and promote loyalty programs while upholding company policies. You should have 1 year of retail experience with at least 6 months in leadership, strong merchandising knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience
• Ability to train Associates on front-end principles
• Promote loyalty programs and credit programs
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team at front of store ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs
• Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks for all Associates
• Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs
• Other duties as assigned
