The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a mid- to large-size retailer, a high school diploma or equivalent, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end standards and drive associate productivity, customer service standards.
• Manage payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reporting.
• Lead donation programs and Ollie’s Army membership onboarding.
• Lead monthly safety meetings and ensure follow-up actions.
• Assist with hiring, development, supervision, and scheduling of store associates.
• Support merchandising execution and ensure pricing updates are completed as required.
• Perform Team Leader functions to open and close the store when needed.
