Job summary

Ollie’s is seeking an Assistant Team Leader to drive front-end operations and lead a retail sales team focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, payroll and expense management, enforcing standards, and supporting merchandise initiatives while ensuring safety and compliance.

This role requires 1–2 years supervisory retail experience, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years retail supervisory experience.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Team Leader with payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reports.
• Ensure front-end standards, Redbook compliance, and programs meet expectations.
• Maintain storefront and exterior appearance and supervise daily tasks.
• Coach, train, develop, evaluate, and schedule store Associates.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure customer service standards are met.
• Manage price changes and support merchandising initiatives.
