Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Waterville, ME is hiring a Retail Front End Team Leader to guide the front-end team, drive customer service excellence, and ensure smooth store operations.

You will oversee payroll, scheduling, and training while maintaining merchandising standards and safeguarding assets. A 1–2 year supervisory background in retail is preferred, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be a proactive leader with strong people skills
• Experience supervising a team in a retail environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end operations, entrance, and exterior standards
• Manage payroll budgets, expenses, and store banking
• Lead donations programs and Ollie’s Army sign-up
• Conduct monthly safety meetings and follow-up actions
• Recruit, develop, supervise, and schedule store associates
• Support merchandising execution and pricing updates
• Perform all Team Leader duties for opening/closing the store
