Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Waterville, ME is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and help maintain the store appearance. You will be at the front lines of customer service, merchandising, and store upkeep.

Greet customers, operate the cash register, know current promotions, and drive sales while supporting donation programs. This role requires a positive attitude and being a team player, with evenings, weekends, and holidays availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer entering or approaching the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving, pricing, merchandising, and store recovery.
• Maintain store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
