The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-end supervisor to lead store associates at our Columbus location. You will promote exceptional customer service, manage front-end operations, and support loyalty and credit programs while training team members.

You should bring solid retail experience and at least six months in a leadership role, with strong communication and organizational skills. This full-time position offers a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience.
• 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of associates at the front of store to ensure prompt, courteous customer service and loyalty program promotion.
• Leads by example by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store.
• Trains and mentors associates on front-end principles and personalizing the customer experience.
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and responds to POS coverage needs.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and communicates priorities to staff.
