Burlington Stores is hiring a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to lead front-end operations and staff. You will work closely with Store Management in merchandising, customer service, operations, and HR to drive results and develop teams.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Willingness to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, development, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in workload planning and scheduling meetings.
