Burlington Stores in Hagerstown, MD is hiring a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor (or Selling Floor Supervisor) to lead front-end operations, partner with Store Management in Merchandising, Customer Service, and Operations, and develop strong teams.

This leadership role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, safety, and exceptional guest service, with growth opportunities, competitive pay, an associate discount, benefits, and ongoing training as the store expands.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail setting such as off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/handle/lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Coach and develop direct reports to maximize sales results.
• Promote safety by following company guidelines and procedures.
• Foster a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Resolve issues and supervise front-end operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Support Asset Protection initiatives to reduce shortages.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in workload planning and community relations activities.
