Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Retail Front End Supervisor to join our store leadership team in Wilmington, DE. As a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor, you will supervise front-end operations and drive customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within retail off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more, and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates while on Manager on Duty duty.
• Maximize sales results through training, development, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety by adhering to company guidelines for customers and associates.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates; participate in workload planning.
