Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You will work with Store Management across Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and Human Resources to drive performance and develop strong teams.

As a leader, you’ll ensure excellent customer service, uphold safety standards, and coordinate staff scheduling while supporting growth opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Ability to motivate and coach a team to hit sales and service goals.
• Positive, proactive approach to problem solving and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through coaching and training of staff.
• Ensure safety and adherence to company guidelines.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new associates.
• Handle schedule planning and workload distribution.
• Support community relations through company programs.
