Ideal candidates have prior supervisory experience in off-price or big-box retail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates while on duty as Manager on Duty.
• Coach and train direct reports to maximize sales results.
• Promote safety and adhere to company guidelines for front-end operations.
• Foster a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new associates.
