Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor / Selling Floor Supervisor in Plainfield, NJ. You will be part of the store leadership team, overseeing Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and HR, with a path to management.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price or big-box environments, strong people skills, and the ability to work a full-time schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates while in the role of Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales results through training, developing, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by adhering to company guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Resolve issues promptly and supervise front-end operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
