Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to join our Westborough, MA store leadership team. You will supervise store operations, coach associates, and partner with Store Management on merchandising, customer service, and operations.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail setting, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. A strong emphasis on teamwork and safety is essential to success.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within a retail environment such as off-price, big box, or specialty store.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more; able to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, coaching, and performance development of direct reports.
• Promote safety by following company guidelines for customers and associates.
