You will oversee front-end and sales floor operations, coach associates, and partner with management to drive results while ensuring a welcoming, safe shopping environment for customers.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Full-time availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, development, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following company guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new staff.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
• Drive community relations through company programs and partnerships.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Support asset protection strategies to reduce shortages.
