Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
• Strong merchandising knowledge and customer service principles.

Responsibilities

• Promotes loyalty programs and delivers an excellent customer experience.
• Oversees front-of-store Associates and POS coverage; coordinates breaks.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles and customer interactions.
• Maintains store cleanliness, safety, and adherence to policies.
• Ensures labor laws and company policies are followed.
