Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations in Alliance, Ohio. You will assist with merchandising, stocking, and front-end duties while delivering friendly, helpful service to customers.

You’ll rotate across roles to ensure a smooth shopping experience and uphold a welcoming, safe store environment. The role requires basic math, strong communication, and reliability.

Formación

• Retail customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs. and handle frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash handling.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.

Responsabilidades

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely in line with productivity standards.
• Merchandise and stock as needed.
• Maintain clean, presentable store areas including bathrooms and floors.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and colleagues.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register and uphold cash security.
• Other duties as assigned by store leadership.
