Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores in Day Heights, Ohio is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate II to help with store operations, merchandising, and customer service. You will support cash transactions, maintain a clean environment, and assist with freight and stocking.

The role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, teamwork, and reliability; flexibility to switch between front-end duties and back-end tasks; prior retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner in accordance with productivity standards.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Assisting with cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable.
• Ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Managing sales transactions while working assigned cash register
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets
• Other duties as assigned
