Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to assist with daily store operations, including merchandising and customer support. You will be cross-trained to support the cash register and front-end duties as needed, while maintaining a clean, welcoming shopping environment.

Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, stocking, cleanliness, and ensuring a positive, safe atmosphere for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and meet demands of frequent movement.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms and floors.
• Maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Managing sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
