Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations in a friendly, clean, and welcoming environment. You will assist with merchandising, restocking, and cashier duties while maintaining security of cash and professional customer interactions.

The role requires the ability to lift 30–50 lbs, strong customer service skills, and basic math proficiency for cash handling. Part-time position with opportunities to support front-end duties as needed.

Competenze

• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height
• Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required
