Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC training may be required.
• Academy trainings and Open Door trainings may be required.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams, teaching training and listening to associates; communicates store direction.
• Drives store financials by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Oversees customer service initiatives and ensures high-quality customer experience.
• Coordinates staffing, training, and supervision of hourly associates.
