• Leads and develops teams by teaching and listening to associates, providing feedback and guidance.
• Manage store operations, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses to meet sales and profit goals.
• Drive customer service and implement initiatives to ensure high quality customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and support Open Door Policy.
