Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete job trainings and assessments (for example Academy and Open Door training).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and feedback to associates.
• Manage store operations, budgeting, forecasting and merchandising to achieve sales goals.
• Drive customer service excellence and resolve customer issues following company standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement business initiatives and open door policy.
