Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in Cincinnati is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You’ll supervise front-end operations, work with Store Management, and drive great customer service while guiding associates.

This role emphasizes teamwork, training, safety, and daily performance coaching, with opportunities for growth and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or a specialty environment.
Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more.

Responsibilities

Supervise all store functions and associates while in the role of Manager on Duty.
Maximize sales results through training, development, and coaching of direct reports.
Promote safety for customers and associates by following company guidelines.
Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
Reinforce asset protection strategies to reduce shrink.
Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
Drive community relations through company programs and partnerships.
Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
