Job summary

Burlington Stores in Cincinnati, OH, is hiring for a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to join the store leadership team. You will supervise front-end operations, train and coach associates, and partner with Store Management to drive service, merchandising, and store performance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within a retail environment.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/handle/lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Coach and develop direct reports to maximize sales results.
• Promote safety by adhering to company guidelines.
• Foster a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Resolve issues and ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
• Support Asset Protection strategies to deter shortages.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Engage in community relations programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
