Qualifications

• Strong merchandising knowledge.
• Ability to multi-task and manage front-end operations.

• Ability to train and coach Associates in front-end principles.
• 1 year of retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience at the front of the store.
• Lead and mentor Associates to deliver courteous customer service and loyalty programs.
• Assign registers and coordinate POS coverage and breaks.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain store standards.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and store procedures.
