Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Team Member at TAMPA-TOWN N' COUNTRY to deliver friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and ensure a fast and accurate checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store while supporting BOPIS and SFS processes.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, adherence to SOPs, and a positive store environment. Familiarity with Rewards programs and company policies is valued.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and move about the store.
• Commitment to friendly, helpful customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience and handle cash to standards.
• Engage customers in Rewards program, Private Label Credit Cards, and enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes: BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain in-stock, merchandised store and complete returns/go backs.
• Support store safety and shrink programs; adhere to SOPs.
