Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to engage customers and resolve questions promptly.
• Experience with store programs and promotions considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and offering solutions.
• Process checkouts with accuracy and speed; handle payments per standards.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll customers.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and gather feedback.
• Support Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining planograms.
• Ensure stock is in-store, well-merchandised, and recover damaged merchandise.
• Assist with store safety, SOPs, and company policies adherence.
